New Build
MAST considers security functionality at the planning and design phase of new builds. We provide the technical consultants to work alongside yacht builders to ensure that security issues are addressed without encroaching on the creative integrity of the yacht building process.

We have experience in the design and installation of bespoke security systems such as deck sensors, external and underwater lighting, proximity cards for access control, infra red and thermal imaging cameras.

Regulatory compliance
We conduct regular meetings early in the build phase and throughout the project to ensure that all compliance issues are met. We ensure that all requirements of the flag state in respect of security are fully considered.

Project management
We take a security brief from key stakeholders. At the design and build stage we work closely with the construction team to ensure that the owner’s requirements are fully considered. We provide a security overview of the options available and assist in planning the technical security features. Once the design has been approved we oversee the installation of the appropriate equipment by suitably qualified companies. Throughout the process we provide regular status reports to the owner’s representative.

Refits and refurbishments
We offer the same high level of security advice and service to the refitting and refurbishment of existing yachts as new builds.
